The Danfotech Press Tower Systems are designed to handle meat products before and after cooking. The systems are based on extensive experience in processing technology of cooked meat products around the world, combining key elements such as:

The fully automated system on the left has two press towers with multiple layers of molds waiting to be opened. Once opened, these molds go along the conveyor to the elevator on the right to be emptied of cooked product and rinsed.

The strength of the fully automatic press tower system for ham production is automation with full process
control. In this flexible production system, meat in calibrated molds is exposed to constant and yet flexible pressure during cooking and cooling. This results in products with high slicing yields. The system offers high product flexibility together with the possibility of various product sizes and shapes. The press towers work in conjunction with water or steam cooking systems.

Semi-Automatic Press Tower System
The Danfotech Semi-Automatic Press Tower System is ideal for smaller production lines. It consists of a Press Tower and Demolder. They require no labor lifting during loading and unloading of molds.
